(“the Company”) operated by Electro Digital. We value your trust and regard protecting users’ privacy as a top priority.

Protecting your privacy is a supreme value for us, and therefore we act in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), the Communications (Bezeq and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and additional laws applicable to our operations.

This document is intended to enable you to understand:

  • When you provide us information voluntarily (for example, when filling in a contact form or making a purchase).
  • Which information is collected automatically during site browsing (such as IP address or use of cookies).
  • For what purposes we will use the information – service provision, customer-relation management, marketing segmentation and more.
  • What measures we take to keep the information secure.

1.2 Consent to the Policy

Using the Site constitutes explicit consent to this policy. If you do not agree to its terms, you must stop using the Site or the services provided through it immediately.

1.3 Policy Update

The Company reserves the right to update the privacy policy from time to time. Any change made will be published on the Site with a date of update, and continued use of the Site will be considered as consent to the updated privacy policy.

1.4 Scope

The policy applies to anyone who visits the Site or uses the services through it (including contact forms, online purchases or newsletter registration).

1.5 Applicable Law

This policy has been drafted in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), and the Communications (Bezeq and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us When Making a Purchase

When you contact us via the Site, register, fill out forms or place an order or purchase, you are asked to provide details such as first name and surname, address (if required), contact phone number, email address, the content of the inquiry or message, notes or special requests, history of messages, documents or files that you have uploaded on your own initiative. The provision of this information is voluntary.

2.2 Technical Information Collected Automatically

While using the Site, technical information is collected automatically via Cookies, Google Analytics, marketing pixels and other monitoring tools, such as: IP address, device type, device identifier (Device ID) and browser, pages you visited, date and time of browsing, time spent on each page, general geographic location. This information is collected solely for analysis, marketing and service improvement purposes.

In addition, we may collect information from external sources, for example when a user chooses to sign into the Site via a social-media account (such as Google or Facebook), or in the context of digital advertising activities where statistical information is received from user groups (Lookalike Audiences).
 

2.3 Information We Are Required to Collect by Law

As part of bookkeeping and obligations imposed on us by tax laws, we are required to keep: full name/business name, identification number (ID/business registration number), and basic contact details. These data are retained for at least 7 years, as required by law.

2.4 Information We Do Not Collect

The Company does not store sensitive information (such as medical, biometric, genetic, ideology, religion), and does not collect or store credit-card details – those are transmitted directly to the secure payment company.

2.5 Distinction Between Types of Information Collected

  • Identified information – such as name, phone number, email – used for contact, CRM and mailing subject to consent.
  • Anonymous information – collected for statistical analyses only (e.g., how many users viewed a certain page).
  • Sensitive information – we do not collect or process sensitive information (health, religion, biometrics, genetics, salary data).

 

3. Purposes of Using the Information

3.1 Processing for the Purpose of Providing the Service

In order to provide you with the service you requested (responding to an inquiry, placing an order, sending an update), issuing an invoice, and handling customer‐service inquiries following an order.

3.2 Service & User Experience Improvement

The information collected helps us understand customer needs, improve the Site, optimize delivery times and adapt the service experience. To improve user experience on the Site and carry out general statistical analysis (via Google Analytics with limited settings). Customer relationship management (CRM) – maintaining a history of inquiries and orders in order to provide a continuous and efficient service.

3.3 Marketing & Advertising (With Consent)

Subject to your explicit consent, we may use information to establish contact for promotional purposes, segmented mailing – sending messages and publications according to interests or geographical region. Sending updates, promotions and newsletters, all with prior consent. You can at any time withdraw consent to receive promotional communications by clicking the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Processing identified information for the purpose of personalized advertising and remarketing will be done only with the user’s explicit consent.

3.4 Analysis & Measurement

The information is used for performing anonymous statistical analyses, measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, improving user experience, and managing inventory and sales.

3.5 Compliance with Legal Requirements

The information is retained in accordance with legal requirements for accounting, tax reporting and compliance with legal provisions.

3.6 Identifying Irregularities

In addition, we will use the information to identify unusual usage patterns and protect against fraud attempts or unauthorized use of the Site.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

4.1 What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files created on your computer or phone while browsing the Site, and are used for identification, saving preferences and improving the user experience.

4.2 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential – allow proper activity such as form submissions, orders and payment.
  • Functional – help improve the experience of use, e.g., saving basic details and language preferences.
  • Analytical – used to collect statistical data, site-usability analysis and fault detection (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Marketing – for displaying personalized advertisements by digital means such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Taboola and Outbrain.

4.3 How You Can Control & Manage Cookies

We allow users to manage their use of cookies via a dedicated preferences panel. Marketing cookies will be activated only after explicit user consent.

You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Note: blocking cookies may affect the user experience, interrupt navigation continuity, and even prevent completing an order.

5. Sharing Information

5.1 With Whom We Share Information

Information is transferred only to entities essential for business operation, such as secure payment providers, website hosting and maintenance service providers, customer-management systems (CRM), email and/or text-message service providers, shipping vendors and legal entities as required. Also advertising and digital-marketing partners (Google, Meta, Taboola, Outbrain).

Some information may be processed or stored by third-party systems outside Israel (for example cloud CRM services, international mailing systems, Google Ads or Meta). Processing will be done under data-protection agreements and subject to applicable law.

It should be noted that in marketing campaigns, information may be fed into automated advertising systems (DSPs) but without direct user identification. Any third party processing information on our behalf is bound by a data-processing agreement that includes data-protection and information-security obligations.

5.2 No Sale of Information

The Company does not sell, lease or transfer personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.3 Transfer of Information as Required by Law

Information transfer will only be performed if required by a judicial order, a competent authority request, or for our rights or public protection.

6. Information Security

The Site is secured with SSL protocol, secure servers, logging of access to information, access control for authorized personnel only, periodic backups and risk management. We take reasonable technological and organizational security measures to protect data. However, no system is completely immune to breaches, viruses or force majeure. In the event of a serious information-security incident (such as a significant leak) – we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority in accordance with legal requirements.

The Company has an internal incident-response procedure for security events, including investigation, handling and reporting to users and the Privacy Protection Authority within 72 hours in the event of a serious incident.

A designated internal representative for privacy matters is in place and may be contacted through the contact details listed at the bottom of the page.

7. Data Retention

Order details are retained in accordance with legal requirements for tax and accounting purposes for at least 7 years, CRM records, inquiry and mailing data are retained until an unsubscribe request or until 3 years of inactivity, marketing data up to 3 years, will be deleted following an unsubscribe request or after a defined inactive period. Backups are kept in secure environments for limited durations.

Deletion of personal information also includes removal from backups within a reasonable time (up to 90 days) from the main deletion.

8. User Rights

According to Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, you have the following rights:

  • Access – to receive information whether we hold data about you, and what it is. The right to receive it in an accessible format.
  • Correction – to request correction of incorrect or outdated information.
  • Deletion – to request deletion of personal data, subject to our obligations under tax and bookkeeping laws.
  • Objection to marketing – you may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
  • Data portability – to receive your data in an accessible file (CSV/JSON) for transfer to another entity.
  • Processing limitation – to request that only partial processing of the information be made.
  • Full transparency – to receive details of third parties that received the data.

 

Requests will be responded to within 30 days of receipt.

9. Unsubscribing from Marketing Mail

In every marketing message sent by us, an unsubscribe link (“Remove from list”) will appear. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the link in any message, or by contacting the email below. Removal will be effected within 7 business days. Operational messages (such as order confirmation or invoice/receipt) will still be sent after unsubscribing.

10. Minors

The Site and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. If an order is received from a minor, the order will be cancelled and the information will be deleted immediately. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Links to External Sites

The Site may include links to external websites and third parties (payment companies, delivery providers, social networks, blogs, etc.), as well as servers outside Israel (such as Google, Meta, cloud providers). The transfer is made under contractual protections and in accordance with law.

12. Liability Limitations

12.1 Site Content

The images, descriptions and prices on the Site are for illustration only and may change from time to time. The Company is not responsible for indirect, consequential damages or reliance on partial or incorrect information on the Site.

12.2 Technical & Security Faults

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by technical faults, server downtime, security breaches or force majeure, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

12.3 Overall Liability Limitation

The Company’s liability, if any is determined, is limited to the amount of the order only.

13. Data Transfer Abroad

Data is stored on secure servers in Israel, but some information may be transferred to servers of international providers (such as Google, Amazon, Meta) for cloud services. The transfer of data is carried out while ensuring encryption and appropriate protection. Data transfer outside Israel is done using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards, as is customary under international law.

14. Legal Terms

14.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is subject to Israeli law only. The exclusive jurisdiction for any given dispute lies with the courts in Tel Aviv.

It is agreed that in the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt dispute resolution via dialogue or mediation, and only if that fails – the right to proceed to the competent court is preserved.

14.2 Entire Agreement

This policy and the terms of use of the Site constitute the full and binding agreement between the users and the Company.

We strive to present this policy in a clear and accessible language. The privacy policy is a legal document that may be complex to understand. Using our sites listed above, and the contact system constitutes confirmation that you have read and understood the privacy policy, and that you agree to the use of tracking technologies and sharing of data as detailed in this document, and are aware of your rights under the Privacy Protection Law.

Consent includes use of anonymous and identified information as stated in the policy, including creation of a general user profile for segmented marketing, provided that it does not involve sensitive information. The user may revoke this consent at any time by contacting the Company.
